We will listen to your exact requirements, including budget, location, property style, and any other prerequisites you may have to create a detailed property search brief. We can advise on market conditions within your chosen location, and what is realistic and achievable within your budget.
2. Property Search
After initial consultation we have a detailed requirements brief and an insight into your lifestyle that enable us to start the search for your ideal property. Using our wide variety of industry contacts and extensive knowledge of the local areas and housing market we compile a list of potential properties for you to review. The Personal Property Consultant will pre-view these properties and produce a short-list of suitable properties for viewing.
3. Property Viewings
The next stage in the process is for you to view the properties we have selected and shortlisted. All property viewings will be arranged at your convenience. We will accompany you to view all properties and will advise on the positives and negatives of each property in relation to your original requirements brief. Often the perfect home will be amongst those shortlisted, but if that is not the case, we will continue with our search to find you the perfect property.
4. Negotiation and Completion
When you have reached a decision and would like to make a formal offer for your property of choice, we can negotiate on your behalf with the vendor or their agent to obtain the best possible price for you. If the offer is accepted we can act on your behalf to oversee the final stages of the transaction through exchange of contracts and on to completion, ensuring that the purchase process runs smoothly and is as stress free as possible.
