Mark is a co-founder of M2 Property and our property ‘veteran’ with over 25 years' experience developing property throughout Prime Central London.  He has a background in Project Management, so he knows that robust processes are crucial in creating a strong customer focussed property business like M2. Mark is responsible for our sales team as well as technology at M2, managing the development of our new website and implementing new systems and processes.

Sales and Lettings Manager

Kirsty is our sales and lettings manager since 2014. With over 20 years' experience in the housing industry and a top-notch knowledge of the London property market, Kirsty daily puts her expertise at the service of our landlords, vendors and property seekers to best meet their needs and requirements. She goes to the extra mile to find the right buyers and tenants for our Clients and always does that with a smile - which makes her a fantastic manager, negotiator and colleague.

Marketing and Communications Manager

Serena manages the marketing and communications for M2 Property and has been onboard since 2015. Originally from Sicily, she has a Master's Degree in Communications Sciences (Bologna and Manchester), a PhD in Sustainable Tourism and 15 years' work experience both in Italy and internationally. She makes sure that all the properties are advertised at the best, with professional photography, detailed information and excellent coverage (e.g., on all main and secondary UK portals). She also manages all the comms and negotiations for the renewals or expiries of the existing tenancies and ensures that all the relevant processes run smoothly, and tenants' and landlords' requests are promptly and professionally responded to.

Property Manager

Claudia is our Property Manager and has been working at M2 since 2018. By performing regular inspections, she makes sure that our managed properties are excellently looked after and that any issue reported is addressed promptly and effectively. With a university background in Economics and a natural problem-solving attitude, Claudia manages all the requests of our landlords, leaseholders and tenants and coordinates the processes of raising budgets, generating and issuing charges and dealing with deficit and surplus. She is originally from the beautiful island of Madeira (Portugal) and often delights the team with photos of her hometown and Portuguese delicious cakes.
