1. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. This offer is limited to clients who instruct M2 Property Limited (“M2”) to let their property.

2. Before M2 can perform the services outlined, we require you to sign our Terms of Business for acting as your Agent to let and/or manage your rental property.

3. The introductory styling service offering is a free offer to take professional photographs of your property dressed using a mixture of your own property and our own styling items in order to create a four page marketing brochure and other advertising materials for distribution through the existing marketing channels M2 use.

4. Styling will be limited to soft furnishing, linen, towels, glassware, and other accessories as deemed to be required at the discretion of M2 Property.

5. All items added to the property by M2 for the purposes of photographing remain the property of M2 at all times and will be removed from the property once photographs have been taken.

6. Photographs will remain the property of M2 and cannot be sold or used by the Client or any of their appointed agents, unless prior written approval is given by M2.

7. We reserve the right to cancel the service at any time by notice with immediate effect, without cause.

8. We will not be held liable or responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damages to your property or that of any third party nor for any loss of profits or opportunity.

9. M2 Property cannot guarantee a faster sale/let or an increase in property value as property market conditions are outside of our control.

10. M2 Property may cancel or amend these Terms at any time. We advise that you check our website regularly for any changes which will apply from the date that they are uploaded.
